About
Born in Gaziantep in 1987, he entered Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry in 2005. After graduating in 2010, he began a PhD in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2011. He continued his studies at St. George’s University in the UK in 2012 and at the University of Florence in Italy in 2014, completing his doctorate and earning his specialty in 2016.
From 2017 to 2021 he continued his academic career at Bezmialem Vakıf University in Istanbul as a lecturer and assistant professor. He has been seeing patients at his own clinic since 2021 and received the title of Associate Professor in 2023; since January 2026 he has been a faculty member at Istanbul Galata University. In 2019 he won the best poster award in his field at the FDI World Dental Congress.
He has authored more than twenty works published in national and international journals and books, and more than thirty oral and poster presentations at numerous congresses and symposiums.
He has taken part in many projects funded by university scientific research programs as coordinator and researcher. His professional interests focus on custom-designed subperiosteal implants, peripheral nerve regeneration, low-level laser therapy, ozone therapy, dentofacial deformities, cleft lip and palate, temporomandibular joint surgery, maxillofacial trauma and dental implantology. For about five years he taught nerve regeneration, oral diseases, and oral and maxillofacial surgery at the faculty of dentistry.
