This page explains how the clinic of Dr. Türker Yücesoy (Şişli, Istanbul, Türkiye) processes your personal data when you use this website, submit the contact form, or message us on WhatsApp.
Data we collect
Contact form: name, phone number, e-mail address (optional), your message and — only if you choose to attach one — a dental X-ray.
Advertising measurement data: click identifiers (gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid), campaign parameters (utm), the page you visited, and a short reference code ("Ref") appended to your WhatsApp message so we can attribute your enquiry to the campaign that brought you.
Cookies and similar technologies: only after you consent via the cookie banner (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion measurement, Microsoft Clarity where enabled).
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a treatment plan and quote, and organise your care.
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (how many enquiries an ad generated). No health data is ever shared with advertising platforms — only technical click identifiers.
Health data
An X-ray submitted through the form is health data. It is processed only with your explicit consent (checkbox before submitting), solely for the clinical assessment of your enquiry, and is never used for advertising.
Recipients and processors
Form data is transmitted securely to our management tools: Make (automation, EU) and Bitrix24 (patient enquiry management). Measurement data is processed by Google (Google Ads, Tag Manager) and, where enabled, Microsoft Clarity and Meta. Your data is never sold.
Retention
Contact data is kept for the duration of your enquiry and any applicable legal obligations. Measurement cookies expire after at most 90 days; your consent choice is stored for 12 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Turkish KVKK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
